Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times:

***Costa Ludus Gear store will be going on a family vacation this summer!!! Orders will be accepted up until May 29, 2017 12pm MST.***

All orders will be shipped per the customer's selection of USPS or UPS. Orders will be processed once a week on Wednesdays.

Orders placed after Wednesday at 12pm MST will be processed the following business Wednesday. Please allow 48-hours from the first business day of following the nearest Wednesday before requesting an order update.


Shipping with UPS:

Costa Apparel Group has chosen UPS as our PREFERRED shipper, due to their ability to guarantee and track packages. Note: UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, a physical address is required. No substitutions for shipping carriers will be made.

Costa Apparel Group has chosen UPS as our PREFERRED shipper for all of our customer's orders and business needs. While the up front cost to ship with UPS may be slightly higher, Costa Apparel Group has made the decision to highlight UPS as the preferred choice based on UPS's best business practices that offer and stand by their guaranteed delivery timeline, trackable service, and insurability of products shipped for both our domestic and international customers.

Costa Apparel Group does not offer international shipping due to past problems encountered for tracking packages beyond US Customs, the extended delivery timeline, and the number of lost packages we have experienced. We apologize that this may not meet the needs or expectations of all of our customers. We hope that you will accept our decision which has been reached with careful consideration of our past shipping experiences. Exceptions will not be made.

Order Tracking

A tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. 

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the quantity of items purchased (total weight) and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.

Back Orders 

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
